The Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i mount is an astronomical observation solution that allows you to take pictures of the night sky with a digital camera (APN) or video camera. It comes in the form of a modular German equatorial mount, motorized by a DC servo-motor, with a load capacity of 5 kg.
The Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i mount offers different tracking possibilities:
- Sidereal tracking (star speed)
- Half-sidereal tracking
- Lunar (average lunar speed)
- Solar
It can be used in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. It also features time-lapse capabilities: a complete tour in 2h, 4h or 12h.
The Sky-Watcher Star Adventurer 2i mount is equipped with an integrated polar finder with lighting. It also has Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing remote control via a dedicated app on smartphone or tablet.
