General terms of the loyalty program

1. PurposeThis regulation defines the terms of the loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) offered by Astronomy Store, operated by Pleiades Solutions, aimed at rewarding customer loyalty by awarding points exchangeable for benefits.Participation in the Program implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.2. Program MembershipRegistration for the Program is free and automatic upon creating a customer account on the site.Each customer can only have one unique and personal loyalty account. Astronomy Store reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of fraudulent, multiple, or abusive use.3. Astronomy Store reserves the right to verify the authenticity of actions (likes, shares, visits, etc.) and to remove points obtained abusively, automatically, or fraudulently.No claims will be accepted in case of points not being credited due to technical issues, connection problems, or browser incompatibility.4. Validity and Accumulation of PointsPoints cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for money.Astronomy Store reserves the right to modify the points scale, eligible actions, or rewards at any time without notice.5. Program Suspension or ModificationAstronomy Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice or compensation.In case of Program termination, accumulated points can be used within a period set by Astronomy Store, after which they will be permanently lost.No compensation, refund, or recourse can be claimed.8. Personal DataData collected as part of the Program is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).9. LiabilityAstronomy Store shall not be liable in case of:Malfunction of the website or points system,Loss or deletion of points due to a technical incident,Error or delay in updating the points balance,Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the loyalty account by a third party.No compensation can be claimed in these cases.10. Disputes and Applicable LawThese terms are subject to French law.Any dispute related to the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction of the registered office of Pleiades Solutions.
