The ZWO H-Alpha 7nm filter is specially designed for astrophotography, focusing on the wavelength of 656nm. In combination with the O-III and S-II filters, it allows for images similar to those of the Hubble Space Telescope. This filter selectively reduces the transmitted wavelengths, eliminating the effects of street lighting and the Moon, while providing significant contrast for celestial objects emitting in H-alpha.
