The QHY Off-Axis-Guider M Pro is a simple and reliable guiding solution for astrophotography. No separate guide scope is needed: the guide camera observes stars reflected by the optical beam and guides on stars within the main image field. The QHYOAG series attaches directly to the camera or filter wheel using six screws, ensuring a solid and perfectly aligned mechanical connection. The M Pro version features an M54x0.75 thread and is designed for medium to large sensor systems; the L Pro version is intended for larger sensors and offers M62 and M54 connectors.

The OAG housing features six 3 mm holes for adding adapters or the QHYCFW3 filter wheel. A button allows adjusting the prism position; the prism can be adjusted without obstructing the main camera sensor. The housing includes a helical focuser for fine adjustment of the guide camera focus, and once locked, it remains stable.

Prism size: 10 x 14 mm. Compatible with a 1.25 (31.75 mm) guide camera for great flexibility in selecting the guide star. The entire unit is made of aluminum and is part of the QHYOAG series.

Technical note: The L Pro variant is designed for larger sensors and offers M62 and M54 connections; for the M Pro, the main thread is M54x0.75.
