This tripod is the one originally offered with the Sky-Watcher EQ8/-R/-RH mounts. It is also available separately as an option. Very rigid and heavy, it is perfectly suited for the EQ8 mount and fully meets the stability requirements of such a mount and the loads one wishes to place on it.
